Multicultural Research

We design and deliver research specifically for multicultural communities, so your work speaks to the people it’s meant for. Our team combines data with direct input from community members to help you understand the language needs, cultural values, and communication preferences of your audience. Whether you’re developing a policy, campaign, or service, we make sure your work is grounded in real insight.

Our approach

We use both quantitative and qualitative methods to give you a complete picture of your audience. That includes surveys, data analysis, focus groups, interviews and forums – tailored to your goals.

We work with both English-speaking and low-English-proficiency participants, using culturally safe facilitation and NAATI-certified interpreters to ensure every voice is included. Throughout the process, we explore what matters most to your audience including what they value, and how they prefer to engage.
