Having completed a Master of Translation Studies (Japanese into English), Bachelor of Science (Plant Sciences and Ecology) and Bachelor of Arts (Japanese Studies and Linguistics) at Monash University, Mads brings a diverse knowledge base and a positive attitude to their role at Ethnolink. With experience in the Australian Public Service and research into co-design translation practices, they are passionate about engaging with and empowering multicultural communities through collaboration and user-focused design.
As an Account Coordinator, Mads helps connect clients with solutions that are tailored to their needs and works with the production team to ensure that projects are delivered according to the brief.
