Cleane is an experienced HR support professional with a strong background in People Operations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, and HR Generalist functions. At Ethnolink, she serves as the “boots on the ground,” providing hands-on HR support, coaching, and development for the team, while managing key HR responsibilities such as hiring, onboarding, and addressing HR-related escalations. Her role is vital in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the well-being and professional growth of the Philippines-based team.
Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a diploma in Human Capital Management, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional. During her college years, she also completed Mandarin Level 1, which sparked her strong interest in languages, culture, and communication. She views language as an art form, one that fosters diversity and builds collaborative communities.
